Rooster, not sure what breed

Another rooster painting while I am waiting for my new little chicks to arrive. I am smitten with their colors and patterns. I am not sure if this is a pure bred rooster or a mix.

Salmon Favorolle Rooster

I have been completely taken over by my desire to have chickens this year so while I am waiting for my chicks to arrive and my eggs to hatch I did a couple of rooster paintings. This is a pure bred rooster. Isn't he gorgeous? I must have one of these in the flesh!
